Building 489 is a 32,000 square foot Medical Office Building located at 12th Street and Constitution Avenue in the Philadelphia Navy Yard and is the home of the Vincera Institute. A former recreation building containing a theater and bowling alley now houses MRI facilities, out-patient surgery, rehabilitation facilities and a yoga studio.
