In 1983 this partnership, in which P & A was the general partner, purchased a 363,000 square foot empty industrial building situate one block from the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. The building had been unused for four years and was purchased from a bank which had foreclosed on a plumbing supply manufacturer which formerly occupied the property. The partnership divided, renovated and leased the property as an office, retail, light manufacturing and self-storage complex. The lead tenant was television station Channel 57. The property was sold in 1990. P & A was solely responsible for the project development and leasing.
